PQASSO
PQASSO is the most widely used quality assurance system in the voluntary and community sector. It offers a flexible, step-by-step approach enabling organisations to run more efficiently and effectively. It comprises 12 different quality areas which cover different aspects of an organisation, and three levels of achievement. PQASSO has been developed by Charities Evaluation Services (CES).

- Being a learning organisation
Sarah Forde has recently qualified as a PQASSO mentor and as such has been trained in the use of PQASSO and the skills and techniques to support organisations using the system. PQASSO mentors are authorised to use PQASSO materials and CES training materials, and also have access to ongoing mentoring training, support and information from CES
